“This is a completely frustrating book. I have used the U.S. version of the Rathus text and it is much better. To make the Canadian edition the authors constantly pile on the Canadian studies, regardless of whether they clarify the issues being discussed or not. As a result, the book is filled with non-sequiturs. Also, in doing this, there is no context given for the findings; we frequently have no idea of whether the Canadian results are similar to, or different from, the rest of the world. Also, for faculty, the test bank is the worst I have ever seen.”  By Christopher Roney
